Your health is our top priority, and we have put special measures in place to keep all our customers safe both during and after your activity.
Stringent Cleaning – We will be making sure all of our equipment will be cleaned before and after each session. There will also be cleaning products available for you should you want to clean your equipment before use. Our wetsuits will be washed and cleaned with a disinfectant. We do not currently have to change facilities for any of our activities, following the current guidelines so please take this into consideration prior to arrival.
Social Distancing – Customers will stay at a safe 6-foot distance during all points of the activity. We also ensure that all staff members have access to the correct PPE in the event of an accident or an emergency. For the time being, our instructors will be coaching from a distance which, to be honest, is a strange concept (but possible) when you are used to hands-on coaching. We will endeavor to provide the best environment for your session, however, in order to follow guidelines, we will be taking the conditions more into consideration and rescheduling if we feel the conditions would be too challenging (without our normal hands-on approach).
Wellness Checks – Employees receive daily wellness checks to ensure they are healthy and symptom-free. If you or anyone in your group is experiencing symptoms, we will work directly with you to cancel or reschedule your session.
