Join one of our group surfing lessons which are great fun and help you kickstart or progress your existing skills under the guidance of qualified instructors.
Coasteering is basically mountaineering along a coastline, treating the natural environment and obstacles as a giant playground! It involves sea swimming, rock climbing, caving and rock jumping.
You need to be aged 12 years upwards, confident in the water and can swim.
This is offered through our sister company Freshwater Bay Coasteering, you can book through here but all communication will come from FBC.
Upon arrival you will meet our friendly team who will kit you out with a warm winter wetsuit, a helmet and a buoyancy aid.
Your two-hour session will be guided by an instructor who will help you to explore the stunning Freshwater Bay. A session will involve sea swimming along the cliff line around the headlands, scrambling across the rocks, discovering the caves and using the cliffs for jumps.
To preserve the life of our wetsuits, we ask all our customers to bring an old pair of shorts to wear over your wetsuit.
An old pair of trainers or beach shoes that have a good grip for climbing over rocks.
