Jenny Stewart Yoga and the brilliant iSurf team have collaborated to bring you SUP yoga adventures this summer right here on the Isle of Wight. We are so excited to be able to offer this on the island! SUP yoga is a great way to stay fit, build core strength, learn those life lessons (if you fall.. get back up!), calm your mind and have a LOT OF FUN! Experience the benefits of yoga on a stand-up paddleboard with stunning locations and exploring on the water.
The SUP yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, ages 16+ and all abilities, whether you have done yoga or stand-up paddleboarding before or not. Nothing beats the awesome benefits of yoga, vitamin D, fresh breeze, and beautiful nature, so this summer come on the most awesome adventure yet!
Where: River Yar. Yarmouth (specific location to meet will be provided).
Sessions will be 90 mins and include a SUP paddling experience and SUP yoga session! Equipment provided, but if you want to bring your own paddleboard please let us know when you book.
