Balance + Glo have teamed up with the brilliant iSurf team have collaborated to bring you SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga Adventures right here on the Isle of Wight this summer. SUP Yoga is a great way to stay fit, build core strength, learn those life lessons (if you fall.. get back up!), calm your mind and have ALOT OF FUN!
Combine the benefits of yoga on a stand up paddle board with the stunning locations and exploring on the water. With Balance + Glo qualified SUP yoga teachers Emma Humfrey or Jenny Stewart leading the yoga class, you’ll also be safe in the knowledge that the ISurf team are on hand as qualified lifeguards and as paddle pros with all the top tips to get your paddle technique right even if you’re beginner.
The SUP yoga sessions are suitable for all levels, ages 16+ and all abilities, whether you have done yoga or stand-up paddleboarding before or not. Nothing beats the awesome benefits of yoga, vitamin D, fresh breeze, and beautiful nature, so this summer come on the most awesome adventure yet!
Where: River Yar. Yarmouth (specific location to meet will be provided).
Sessions will be 90 mins and include a SUP paddling experience and SUP yoga session! Equipment provided, but if you want to bring your own paddleboard please let us know when you book.
