We are not offering any paddle board lessons or hire until 23rd August and for the remainder of the holidays we are only offer hire on the very flat / calm days from our base in Sandown.
iSurf offers Paddle board hire
1) If the weather is calm in Sandown then we are available for paddle board hire from the iSurf hut – £10 Per hour
2) Half Day (4hrs) ‘Click and Collect’ available 0900-1700 from the iSurf hut in Sandown – £30
3) Day (8hrs) ‘Click and Collect’ available 0900-1700 from the iSurf hut in Sandown – £50
Click and collect service is only available to non-beginners, if you are a complete beginner then please use option 1 above.
Please note, all persons hiring the equipment will need to be 18yrs or over or be accompanied by an adult. For the ‘Click and Collect’ rental customers you will be required to provide photo proof of ID (Driving licence, passport) and you will need to provide a credit card, where we will put a hold of £400 on your card, which will be released on the return of the equipment. For multiple boards per booking we will multiply the £400 accordingly.
If you do not return the paddle board, paddle, pump then we will take the full £400 from your card.
If you lose the paddle then we will charge you £40 from your card
If you do not return the equipment by the agreed time, then you will occur a charge based on the additional half day/full day timings.
These charges are based on one paddle board, for multiple boards in a booking we will multiply the charges accordingly.
We provide all of our paddle board hire from the iSurf hut in Sandown. Here is the google map link to find us. For click and collect, simply turn up at the hut. If you are looking for hourly rental then call/txt us first to see what the conditions are like – 07968 609169.
We can provide you with a wetsuit included in the fee, £10 for any additional wetsuits, you will need to wear something underneath your wetsuit i.e. swimming shorts/costumes, a towel, suncream, drink, and warm clothes for afterward. If you are going to explore the island with our ‘click and collect’ service then we strongly advise you taking a waterproof phone case, download a tide app such as ‘IMRAY Tides Planner’ to provide you with the necessary knowledge to paddle safely across the Island.
Before your sessions please download the NHS Track and Trace app for the Isle of Wight. Once you arrive at the session location you will be able to scan a QR code via the Track and Trace app…it is really easy to do and takes seconds and will help the fight against COVID-19.
