SUP lessons can be organized to suit you; let us know when you’d like to go and we’ll see what we can arrange. Our group ‘Intro to SUP’ paddleboard lesson is ideal for individuals and small groups of people aged 8 years upwards and can be a mix of children and adults. Group size is generally up to 6 participants (ratio of 1:6).
Please bring something to wear underneath your wetsuit i.e. swimming shorts, costumes, etc., a towel, suncream, drink, and warm clothes for afterward. If you have your own wetsuit then please feel free to bring it along if you wish.
We run our paddleboarding from our place in Sandown (nearest postcode PO368AH).
